The AD should charge the frats $20 for every disgusting couch they haul onto campus every Saturday.

First, it's a good idea and past due.
Second, it's very easy to implement. You put a gate at the entrance to the lot and collect $20. Basically every parking lot in Downtown NOLA operates this way.

There are dozens of lots to choose from in downtown new orleans. How many entrances are there into the hayfield lot? Like 5? And are they going to have contraflow down gourrier so people can get into multiple entrances at the same time? Cause surely they won't try to get everyone through one entrance. What if someone needs to leave and get to nicholson, will they have to go all the way around down river road?
