I'll be conservative...6-2 , plus a bowl win, though I damn sure want him to run the table!!

I think 6-2 is certainly plausible.

He's playing with house money. He can let it all hang out. I think it'll be very exciting.

right now I am home sick and all I can think about is not coughing my arse off and Saturday night in Death Valley !

I can't really see beyond Saturday night - if we look like a football team with this talent anything could happen !

with what I've seen from our offense so far I would have to say if they play with intensity his record will be 4-4. that's 6-6 for the season.

i'm somewhat pessimistic because it's hard for me to imagine a complete turnaround no matter who the OC is. this offense has so much to overcome.

nothing would please me more than to be proved wrong. if our O starts to click our record can still be salvaged. the rest of the season is like murderer's row.

This is a damn movie playing out. Of course he goes 7-1. Beats Bama loses to OM which leads to "what the hell happens now?" Herman or Coach O?

We beat the "cupcakes" Southern Miss, & South Alabama

We beat Mizzou this weekend

We win one game we shouldn't against either Florida, Ole Miss, Alabama, Arkansas or A&M

We beat Georgia Tech in the Independence Bowl

At ole miss, his season records were 3-8, 4-8, and 3-9. At USC as interim, he went 6-2. This is a 16-27 record (.372).

Translating to 8 games remaining, he should win 2.98 games. We have a pretty tough schedule, but I'll be a positiger and round it up to 3. So, 3-5.

4-4 and a bowl won. The coaching search goes on, although I'd like Coach O to stay on as a position coach.

That is the worse logic I have ever seen.

7-1 and beats Bama. I'm probably too damn optimistic but I feel like O is going to pull out all of the stops.

Is there no accounting for the huge improvement from Ole Miss to USC?

The Ole Miss he took over did not have the players this LSU team has. I think 3-5 is low. I'll say 5-3. 6-3 with a low tier bowl win.

That's the team I'm least worried about. Ole Piss, Bama and to a certain extent Aggie. I think we have a better shot against Bama than Ole Miss.
