I'm the opposite. In a regional, they would have to face Nola in game two and their not as deep at pitcher

fricking 9:30am game...

Will more than likely be Beede vs Poche. Would be great to come out with a W with Nola against potentially Ole Miss.

No doubt, if LSU were to go in the loser bracket, I'm not sure we have the pitching to make it out.

Chasing Omaha from May 15 has it:

1 Houston (7)
2 Texas
3 Dallas Baptist
4 Davidson

Paired with:

1 LSU
2 Texas Tech
3 New Mexico
4 Alabama State

Has Rice hosting as well but not Cal Poly and has the Mustangs going to Corvallis.

If we host, I can't see us losing a regional. Easy 4 seed; Nola in game 2. Have to lose twice to a team with a depleted pitching staff.

I agree, but i feel our margin for error is smaller. If we lose a game, im not sure we can win a 4th.

If we lose a game in the regional before getting to 2-0, you can say bye bye.

This is about as random as the LSU, Mercer, Arizona State, Bryant one that I saw from last week.
