Possible Solution if no Jimbo Fire Alleva and Miles

Then the board should appoint Skip as the head of a committee to hire another coach. Skips recommendations can be separate from the committees.
Hire next coach.
Then re hire Miles back as AD (Cures some of the buyout issues)

If the #1 turns them down, they go to #2 and so on until they reach the point where it doesn't make sense to pay a 15 million buyout just to get someone they don't really want.
It was never Jimbo or Chip or whoever or bust. Or at least I hope the AD isn't that stupid.
