Poor LSU; Poor Coach "O": only 52 active 4/5 Star players.

Poor LSU; thin on talent; Poor "O"; needs time to recruit. What about the 52 active 4/5 star players? Miss. St. blew LSU out with 16 active 4/5 star players. Syracuse pushed O-line back for a safety with only 2! Only Alabama has more with 66 active 4/5 stars. So please, stop the crap about lack of talent, and endless excuses. It sounds like Charly Mac is back at LSU. If LSU is thin, its not MAN-power, but BRAIN-power.

he better sign a good class, recruiting is probably his only asset.
I will say there is a major difference recruiting for coaches like Miles and Carrol verses recruiting to play for him

I truly would not have a problem using the talent/depth excuse against bama, auburn, and Florida.
But trying to sell me that we don't have enough talent to beat miss st and destroy Syracuse?

That Ross Dellenger article was a "plant" by Derek Ponamasky, Coach O right hand man and private PR person. Purpose was to take pressure off Coach O and buy him two years. Especially after MSU gets annihilated at UGA, the MSU game is indefensible. Smart on Derek's part but not buying it.

That's probably true but it seems like the numbers can be easily verified.
I know Hanagriff was talking about this before the season started. Most ignored it until after the MSU game.
Still no excuse against weaker teams. Something else is going on. Blocking scheme, poor technique (hello Grimes), etc.
