If we finish 9-3, Bama WILL win the national championship. Champ will be us or Bama, Nov. 3 decides.

Tough to think anyone would give a shite about Bama winning an NC (aside from Bama fans) if we finish 9-3 or worse. We'll be too busy destroying our own coaches, players, etc.

Depends on how we get there

I would be upset with a 9-3 season. Depending how bad we lose to bama, I would even say a 10-2 season.

Nov. 3 may decide the West, but there's a lot more football to go before the NC matchup is decided.

Obviously the 9-3 record would be more upsetting. Our failure should be of more concern than another team's success. I really don't care who wins the NC, including Bama, if LSU is not in a position to win it.

If you could guarantee me an 8 win season with a win over Bama, I'd take that. In fact, I could take winning 8-9 games every year FOREVER if you told me we'd at least beat Bama every one of those years.
