Poll: Which would be more adventageous for LSU...

A) Play Monday and let Harris get a full game experience as a starter and have a short week to prepare for Miss State or
B) no Monday game experience for Harris and have full week to prepare

Only positive I can see coming out of this is almost zero film on BH for MSU to study.

It's over and that game isn't going to happen. CLM loses a cupcake win. We lose being able to watch a blowout, and the players lose valuable reps. McNeese won. They earn $500K for simply taking a bus ride.

we are gonna have to win the SEC to eb in the playoff hunt, and we are going to have to do it with 1 or 0 losses
i think we will be ok with a shortened schedule providing we win out or go 11-1 as SEC champions.
especially because it is a human committee and they know what the result of the McNeese St game would have been

Won't hurt us at all in playoff...McNeese is FCS. What does hurt is BH not getting game experience. Hope JJ is ready next week.

If this would've been a quality FBS Power 5 program, I'm sure there would've been more of a push to get this game rescheduled. You also have to consider, ESPN and the SEC Network didn't have major ratings at stake either. Had this been against Oklahoma, Florida State, Oregon, or another team with similar credentials, the time slot more than likely would have been primetime. I could see a push for a Sunday night game, mostly because Ohio State and Virginia Tech already have the Monday night primetime slot.

No way I play a game on Sunday or Monday before State trip Saturday. Not worth short week.

Any advantage MSU would get by LSU playing later would be almost negligible compared to the other option.
MSU getting a team that didn't even get to see their kinks puts them at a huge advantage.
Anything other than A is ridiculous.
