Has it been confirmed that we are indeed facing Beede?
I don't know about confirmed, but it's pretty much set in stone. Vandy would be stupid not to pitch him tomorrow.

Overworking Nola right before a regional is retarded
wtf?
no one's suggesting he start twice in the SEC tournament...
i bet if we got to Omaha everyone's arse would be wanting Nola to start three times on short rest...

You would lose that bet

Poche is really good. He isn't all that much of a drop off from Nola lately. Plus it keeps the Poche then Nola rotation in place which LSU will have to use if they end up being a 2 seed somehow.

even more so if we are a host

Nah.. Anyone could start the 1/4 game. That would save Poche for Sunday.

would you throw Poche against Jackson State (26-23, RPI 268)?
now if we had Bucknell (29-17-1, RPI 101), then i'd throw Poche

Bouman would start a 1/4

Not necessarily. Not every 4 seed is a shitty swac/meac school.
Posted on 5/20/14 at 4:57 pm to chalmetteowl
What seems to be lost in all of this is that Poche has had a better season than Beede.
Posted on 5/20/14 at 4:58 pm to bbap
But they most likely will be. Until the bracket comes out it's safe to assume Poche wouldn't start until Sunday.

That's gonna be interesting who starts the regional if we host. I think you still go with Poche

I come home after a long hard day at work and this is the shite I have to read?
frick Yeah It's all worth it now.

We go through this every time LSU hosts a regional...
