Depends on his diet! I would say,
Before the game:
Chimes
Walk-Ons
Leroy's (and be sure to try a Beaux Dog)
Serrano's
Of those, Chimes and Walk-On's have the best game day atmosphere. Leroy's has good food, but definitely not healthy. It's near campus, too, just a little past Walk-On's. We've hung out on the patio at Serrano's getting hydrated with margarita's before game day before, too. It's next to Chimes and they usually have a band outside on game days.
After the game, I would highly recommend Coffee Call.

Chimes for sure. Walk-On's food is terrible.

Walkons. You'll be out of the heat and still get the tailgate atmosphere.
