I'd assume arm stamina would be the only thing stopping him from being a starter. Kid looks like he's got a big enough trunk to pull some power from there.

If Hess can become a starter I will be thrilled. When they tried to move Matty Ott to a starter that blew up in our faces.

Agreed. Which one will pitch on Fridays and which one will pitch on Saturdays might depend on who the Sunday guy is. Since Walker and Hess have two different styles, Hess might go Fridays if the Sunday guy is a hard thrower. If the Sunday guy is like Walker, it might be at LSU's advantage to go with Walker on Fridays. But Hess definitely has Friday night stuff.
