He can't out-compete Jefferson.

Toliver is not aggressive at all in attacking the ball. He's waiting on the pass to get to him rather than coming back to it.

so true. i pointed this out during the WVU game when that pass to TT on the post was a little short and TT did not adjust and try to catch it at its highest point. WVU defender closed and knocked it away. TT is no where near a big time WR, sadly.

Smacks opf desperation. Makes me recall the year when Faulk was the QB against Arkansas (wayy before the Wildcat) b/c ours sucked so much.

He could actually get more rest and help the dfence by keeping the chains moving 2to5 more times a game.the weather is getting cooler too

When your offense is offensive you need to get desperate!

I actually applaud Miles (if he really does it) for making adjustments before we lose a game.

Well, you got me there. I have a Tenn guy up here and we were talking today at how this game might turn out. He said "Final Score 3-1"

I asked What? one?

he said Tenn would find a way to get just one point

The really sad thing is that when the ball gets there, our recievers aren't getting it done. Except Randle, the recievers are dropping passes that hit their hands. If it hits your hands , catch the dang ball!!! That is their job. Maybe we do need PP at WR just to show the recievers how it is done.

I can see that...I'll give you that one. While it may be cool to see that...I just think we should try to utilize our true offensive weapons and/or rotate others in to provide a much needed spark.

Some things I would do first:
1. Let Lee start the Tenn game - see where he's at.
2. Bring Ford in to spell Blue/Ridley...etc.
3. Utilize our TE more to move the chains.
4. Throw some freakin deep balls for a change - use that receiving corps to its potential.
5. Use Shepard in the "Wild Tiger"

I would do all of the above before entertaining the idea of putting PP in on offense.

No need in even arguing about this. You guys actually think Miles is gonna do something he said.

LOL at anyone who believes this will actually happen. Miles flat out doesn't tell the truth when it comes to this stuff. Otherwise, Lee and Ford both would have played more by now.

The only time Peterson will line up on offense is when someone is playing PS3 or 360.

We have a want to have a better offense and we do not need Peterson to be lost in our offensive scheme. Get the ball in the hands of Randle, Shep, and Tolliver. They all want it!

people are acting like he would take 30 snaps a game on offense.

he'd get prob anywhere from 3-7 snaps a game.

Charles Woodson did the same thing on a team that ACTUALLY WON the national championship.

to act like our offense is too good for this is a fricking joke.

If they dont put Peterson on offense, hopefully their creative juices are flowing enough to open up the playbook for our other playmakers.

The one point safety. Can only happen on the after touchdown play, rare, but it can happen
