Go back and read this aloud to yourself, then think about it and see if it makes any sense.

(If you need any help....if he IS right about the player, then that probably means the team is doing well, don't ya think?)

The funny thing is the op is probably a top 10, maybe top 5, Otard.

Funny thing is, LSU fans far more knowledgeable on baseball than myself, admit that Hess IS Not a Friday night starter. End of story! Yet fans are willing to allow Pawwl to go on with this charade, knowing it's all bullshite.

If I was so much smarter than Coach Mainieri like other people on the Rant, I would coach baseball at a major university and make over a million a year

What are we supposed to do...hold him hostage at gunpoint until he puts Hess in the bullpen?

Allow me to explain it to you this way. You may be right, in that Hess could eventually prove himself as a weekend starter, but it could occur after many failures and LSU loses far too many key SEC games with him being the weekend starter. I won't call you an idiot, just maybe a bit mentally challenged.

Wait, you just quoted the rant as your source.

I have my doubts about Hess, but they are the same doubts as I had Thursday.

People act as if they didn’t see him last year

Didn't Hess pitch really, really well this off season for USA baseball? Perhaps CPM saw something different in him then and believes he's the ace of the staff right now. Until we see that Hess has indeed not improved and that last night wasn't just a bad night, there's no proof that he's being hard headed on this one. IF Hess continues to struggle and IF CPM sticks with him THEN you can come to the conclusion that he's being stubborn.

Being the Friday ace on the staff for LSU comes with a lot more pressure for many guys than pitching for Team USA. If Hess performs the same way the next 3 - 4 starts and another starter starts strong there will likely be a change. Prove me wrong.

Your hypothetical scenario won't occur until 3 or 4 weeks from now, but you're asking to prove it wrong today? That me be difficult. By the way, I presented almost the exact same scenario in the post you replied to.

Stop being a hypocrite! Treat "Pawwl"'s errors in judgment the same way you do LSU's supposed "shrimp boat" captain of the football team. Coach O performed well but had his failures. All coaches deserve to be criticized for their mistakes.

Here we go. Now we are really getting into what this thread is about.

But you're a Lunatik, I'm rational.

Comparing a pitcher's TUSA results with a premiere college program with ultra high expectations this season is very different. I hope Hess gets it done, it's up to him.

You’re the same moron that said Lindsey Scott wasn’t getting a fair opportunity at practice.

Some are serious, others just trolling, they're all jewels.

Fire CPM after the 1st inning.

To be fair we all have known hess should be the closer for over a year. You have a maniac with rick Vaughn’s haircut blowing motherfrickers away and pawl has to take that away from us.

Them not coming out ready to play tonight is on CPM not the players.

Playing like dog shite right now

Sloppy as frick so far.

Same old 50.00 era Hess lol

The truth finally comes out. Pawwwl promised Hess that he would be LSU's starting Ace on Friday in order to keep him from transferring. Imagine if Orgeron had panicked and promised the same thing to one of the several QB's transferring? Food for thought.

Just repeating what his dad stated, he would know. I'm certainly not perfect, they crucified the only one who was.
