Did anyone see any film on him or know how his production was in the JUCO programs he played in?

The stars are aligning. He would bring awesome mid season depth once he got a grasp of Arandas system. If he's back, he won't start in Wisconsin though. Needs some time to learn the system.

NT isn't something that should take him much time to adapt to. His job is to eat up space. Probably one of, if not the easiest position for an easy transition

When a source was asked what he thought the chances of Valentine suiting up for LSU this year, he simply replied, "it's going to happen."

I was talking to Coach O recently and he went out the way (changed the subject) and told me he just got off the phone with Valentine and it's happening.
I said but coach he can't ever get his grades straight.
He said, "don't worry about that. I've never gone after a guy and lost him due to grades."
He also said that the kids arse is wider than a car. He was very excited when he said that too. Good things.

Who would downvote Jesus? Even accidentally? You might go to hell for that.

A rotation of Godchaux, Lacouture, Neal, Herron, Gilmore, Valentine, and probably one freshman would be tremendous. That would give us 7 guys to hold down three, or sometimes four, positions

Which is exactly what we were so sorely missing last year. WE gave great effort, but just wore out towards the end. Need that size too.

Valentine remains focused on his return to Baton Rouge, stating that he is 330 pounds right now. The thought is that Valentine, who is a disruptive force and gifted football player, would immediately push for playing time, and likely an insertion into the LSU starting lineup, assuming he does everything he is asked to do.
He's not playing at 330 under Orgeron. O likes smaller and quick DL's. He'll have to lose about 20 pounds to have any stamina and be a force against the SEC Big Boys.

If he can lose some weight he might be able to get some playing time, but the "Insertion into the Starting lineup" is laughable.

If he does indeed wind up on the "University of LSU" campus yet again, what's going to be done to make him go to class, study and make his grades? Who's going to be saddled with the monumental task to see that it gets done?...............
