So will Hilliard, Ware, Blue, and Ford.

BTW, posting on TD 10,000 times doesn't qualify you for anything other than to show that you spend a lot of time in front of the keyboard.

While this it true posting something as uninformed as you did doesn't make you a prominent poser of questions either. it just makes you a poser. stupid shite like that might fly with your buddies but not with anyone who actually watches football.

There's more than one effective way to get from point A to point B. You want someone who will run around the defenders ... our RBs typically run through the defenders. It's the style Miles wants, so it's what we have. If you watched as much football as you claim, you would have realized this by now. Or do you just go to games, but don't really watch them?

Michael Ford's fast. Hilliard and Ware, not so much, but they can push the pile. Then there's Hill and Blue. Hill looks fast enough

Ford is fat and quick as is Hill. Hillaird and Ware are power backs. I am impressed with our running backs . Add Blue to the mix too.

Ford is as fast a back as we have had in years. Maybe too fast for his own good. He almost always will break to the outside and out run defenders to the sideline for a 6-8 yd gain.

That wont work in the pros where OLBs run like leopards.

Our RBs are fine. It's our fans who don't seem to have great intelligence.

Are you serious?

Great speed is overrated at the RB position.

Hill, Ware, Ford, and Hilliard are fine picking up 5-6 yards running over people.

Exactly quickness and balance. Not to mention Spencer Ware is one tough guy

If Ford had any kind of maneuverability at all, he'd be incredible. He has to stop to make a cut, but is very fast straight ahead.

May be more correct to Say LSU's offense and running backs Don't Produce many breakaway runs.
Blue and Hill are the best look at their yards per carry.

I think now that Mett is a true threat and DBs can't look in the backfield all the time, longer runs will be there. We probably won't see those results until next year though.

BTW Ford and Ware are plenty fast.

None of our backs are lighter than 217 pounds. Ford is our smallest and fastest back at 217. I would guess he can run in the 4.4's which is still very fast. That is Adrian Peterson straight line speed. The rest of the RB's range from 220-240 pounds. They all can probably run in the 4.5's which is still fast for that size.
