Our bench sucks

That’s the bottom line. Can’t expect Thomas to play all those minutes. Can’t expect to win big games with 2 bench points.

Yep. This is the thread that matters above all the other BS posts blaming coaching or refs. Our bench doesn’t help us win. It’s a liability. You can’t play deep in March with 5.
Need depth.

LSU probably more talented starter vs starter but bench was a clear advantage for Michigan and it was the difference in the game.

I don’t think you can say that when our style requires a fast pace - and is very successful- but we don’t have the depth to play it for 40 min.
In the end, we couldn’t play at our pace to leverage that athleticism. We played theirs. Once fatigue set it, the shots were all off.

LSU didn’t even have 5. Hyatt from tonight is who hyatt is. Gaines doesn’t know how to do anything apparently. Leblanc is long and athletic for no apparent reason.
LSU has 4 on games where days shows up. Today wasn’t one of those games. Today LSU had 3.
