They seem to get along pretty well on the sideline of games. 
I have issues with Jones as a coach, but I don't see a lot of conflict.

The thing that makes this story reek of BS is who would "force" Musselman on Jones? It's not like Jones was in trouble of being fired after year 2 (or 3 with Simmons coming in) without some shakup on the coaching staff. Also, it's not like Musselman was the AAU coach of some big time prospect who made Musselman's hire a condition precedent for the prospect's signing with LSU.
Personally, I'm dissapointed thatthe still looks unsound and unorganized at times even with a guy on the staff who clearly knows how to teach basketball, but I don't think Musselman was "forced" on anyone

I was wondering why our offensive sets and plays are so shitty with Musselman on the bench.

I'm behind the bench every game. They get along fine.
I can count on one hand how many times Mussleman has held the clip board during a TO. Trust me, I wish that would change, but what head coach relinquishes that duty? Musselman, IMHO is the best coach on the staff by a mile. I hope Jones keeps him happy.
I got a laugh during pregame when Coach Cal spent an unusual amount of time talking with Mussleman and CJJ, laughing, interrupted and broke it up.

Ott has a dumb habit of trying to win an argument. He adds information, however tenuous, to make a case. Ott states that JJ is a bad coach and will add any statement to support that narrative.
A few days ago he made a case that deflate-gate was laughable and irrelevant because Patriots won the super bowl. He repeated that for a few days. No one told him that ends do not justify means.

I'd buy into that and its the 2nd time I've heard that in the last week.
You can sit there in the PMAC and see that something is missing from a coaching point of view. We've all said that there's no way Musselman is getting his knowledge of the game through.
Let's see now. We have a former NBA HEAD Coach vs a former LSU basketball player with mediocre credentials that's already displayed a lack of technical/X&O/game management coaching.
Johnny don't want to be looking over his shoulder with that former NBA coach telling him what to do.

Ott used to say how much better Josh Booty was than Peyton Manning. I used to call in and ask him how carrying Bootys jock was. Pissed him off. He's a piece of shite.
