Oregon Crawfish

While Oregon and LSU fans are getting to know more about each fan base, I just thought some LSU fans may not realize Oregon has a little history of it's own with crawfish.

We like our seafood in the Pacific NW. As well as our freshwater lobster, etc.

Crawfish is really good when your stoned.

I like my dungeness crab and king crab better though.

Oregon crawfish boil checklist:

1.) wine
2.) linen napkins and table cloth
3.) tablespoon salt..to season em up
4.) 5 crawfish per person
5) Mozart cd
6) rental car
7) pound of weed

Do you have to consume copious amounts of beer with it so you don't burn your mouth off?

i had someone say they knew how to cook crawfish in seattle. they steamed em and served em with butter, no spice at all

For the record, Oregon and WA boast the best salmon in the world. It is only caught here. It is unlike any other salmon you've eaten. If you were to buy it around your town it would likely sell for upwards of $29.00 per lb!
