Apparently, Jennings has figured out how to throw a touch pass on screens and flats.

kudos.

Earlier in the season he was trying to throw bullets on those passes, and not completing them.

now if we can get him to recognize when to throw a back shoulder pass up the sideline we could be pretty solid

All we need him to do. The throw Duval laid out for on the sideline was also pretty even though it was incomplete. Lots of people are going to bitch because we don't run the air raid offense, but I enjoyed watching our boys run it down their fricking throat on the TD drive

I'm with you on this. I actually prefer watching games like this where we manhandle the opponent. The run by Hilliard where he just tosses the defender to the sideline had me pumped up. To each his own, but give me this physical football over the finesse any day.

This is not the first employment of this strategy, where Hilliard doesn't touch the ball until late and his fresh legs and power overwhelm a winded defense. Great to have 4 high quality tailbacks and a couple of skull cracking fullbacks.

That deep incompletion to Duval was a perfect pass. Duval stumbled on his break for the double move. If he didn't stumble that pass hits him perfectly in stride and he is off to the races.

Miles game plan was good . He ran LF and TM till the OLe Miss defensive line was sucking wind . He then put in a fresh Hilliard and ran over Ole Miss.
