time for the negative fan base to come together with the team and the rest of the fans and the media and the nation in backing Coach Orgeron. Who cares if he is not the best coach for Ole Miss, or Florida St., or Auburn, or Texas but we really couldn't have landed a better COACH FOR LSU than coach O. He's a great leader, a great motivator, a great recruiter, has excellent organizational skills in making the best use of practice time, etc. He may not be the best x and o coach around but he knows how to get the most from those paid to do that, his coordinators., He turned this team around this season and got LSU football back on the rise. He made it fun to be a fan of LSU football and exciting for the future of LSU football.

Most unqualified hire in big 6 history.
Mike price was more qualified than Ed Orgeron. No big 6 program has ever elevated a position coach to hc.
Anyone that is ok with the this hire is the reason we will never be able to reach Bama's level. We just hired a coach that wasnt good enough to be offered coordinator position at lsu

He lost to a 14 point underdog at home while they were missing key starters on defense. Also, i assume youre ok with Ensminger being the oc.

The head coach doesn't need to run the offense or defense. One of the problems we had with miles (besides sticking with a terrible OC) was he was to involved with the offense and special teams.

You have to be joking. Why hire Ed Orgeron if he isnt gonna be a part of one side of the ball? Also, im guessing youre for keeping Ensminger as OC right? I mean he put up great numbers. Or are you just saying ed orgeron was the reason.
If youre admitting he didnt have shite to do with the offense or defense then dont talk about how he came in saved the season. The season where we were SUPPOSED to be this good.

No, his qualities are much better suited to being a head coach. He probably wouldn't be a great offense or defense coordinator. Other traits are more important for a head coach. It's comparing apples to oranges.

record setting numbers. It was like night and day the way the offense got turned around once Coach O took over and Ensminger took over the offense. Personally I wouldn't mind keeping Ensminger on as OC, but coach O will have to evaluate that.
