Last I checjed, lsu got in troubke and had schollies reduced. I know prograns cheat, but they should get the adequate punishment. not all schools get the punishment that fit the crime. for example, oregon.

I have no doubt whatever Bama does, every other top program in the country does to some degree...that most any school that gives a shite about football does too. What's bullshite is that Saban is held on high, people look the other way...but Miles is vilified. They both have/had suspended players...Miles doesn't say how long a suspension's gonna be...uproar. Saban doesn't say how long, and no one calls him on it. Dix'll miss a crappy game or two, and be back. Afterall Saban's a disciplinarian whose players never get into trouble...

As long as Saban's former boss runs the NCAA, all this stuff will amount to exactly squat.

My guess is they hope that Clinton-Dix gets a suspension during these 4 weeks so he can be ready for the LSU game on November 9th.

Why would Clinton-Dix not lose his amatuer status and Bama have to vacate wins he played in? Since when did it become okay if the NCAA can prove you took money and not lose your amateur status?

That would be Mark Emmert. Both Emmert and SEC Commissioner Mike Slive are deep up Saban's hind parts. SEC offices are full of Bama grads including the Associate Commissioner responsible for football schedule and SEC Head of football officiating. Is it any wonder Bama get easy schedules and officiating breaks.

This board is riddled with idiots. If you think similar things don't happen in most programs, you're a naive fool. Labeling bama as the dirtiest program is baseless. Every program has boosters that dish out money. Many have staff that break the rules. But don't be one of those chumps that say, "they cheat. We run a totally clean program" That's bullshite and you know it. Bama dirtier than Miami? USCw? Miss St? Bunch of Crap. Bama it's just getting caught.

Ignore it man, I've never seen a bigger collection of crybaby pussies in my life. If someone didn't know anything about this board and read the shite on here, they would think its a bunch of 10 year olds obsessed with talking about how much they hate their rival

Thanks for that spouse analogy. I was really confused about this issue until I read that.

$abin will reinstate players at halftime of games if he needs them. Surely you don't expect him to hold anyone out of the LSU game? It's the approach CUM used at Florida-hold your players out of games your scout team could win, reinstate them for the tough ones.

It is well known Bama is still doing all of the things they were punished for many times over.

Face it, Emmert is not going to burn his buddy Saban. ESPN is also going to make sure they protect this "dynasty". Too much $$$ invested in the SEC Network, plus they can't have another faux dynasty go down in flames, a la USC.

You need to know what you are watching, people. CFB has gone way of the WWE. I don't care, I still love it anyway, but again, I know what I'm watching.

Enjoy that UT "win" over ISU last night? UT is to the Big 12 what Bama is to the SEC.

LSU isn't the "big boy" program, and for that, you really should be thankful. Watching Bama cheat over and over in every aspect of the sport just shows how pathetic they really are. Why would we want to become that?!?

I read this compliance shite about Alabama and it makes me laugh. I've stated this numerous times on this board...

The NCAA President is Mark Emmert

Who hired Saban when he was at LSU? Mark Emmert

They are friends. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING Alabama does will ever be investigated by the NCAA as long as Mark Emmert is the president.

pretty much all this.

of course the real negative in all this is that it gives landon collins playing time and not more time to rot on the bench while the safeties at LSU look lost.

that sounds like sour grapes for being fired.

Haha Nah, he has been around the Administration too long to be let go. They simply moved him to another area in the department. He says most teams operate in a NCAA gray area, but Saban would cross boundaries in sneaky ways. I know damn well all teams do sketchy shite, but Saban seems to be the king of the hustle.

So few people in life even have a clue about what's what! It's about two things, and two things only! It's about money number one! And then it's about how much dirt/corruption that you have on each other, period! And if enough money gets passed around to hush up the dirt/corruption, then nothing gets done.

If im not mistaken didnt McCarthy not only give him money, but also help him with housing? That sounds a lot like more than $500 to me.

DJ was consistently playing in the grey area and beyond. The clear cut violation with Hicks allowed LSU to move him out cleanly.

I like the way this thread went toward the end.

Money and power are much at play here, be not mistaken.

The WWF metaphor is spot on.

Mark Emmert is a whore. He was a whore at LSU, and he is a whore as NCAA President.

Emmert is doing to LSU, the rest of the SEC (aside from Bama) and the rest of the college football playing world exactly what he is supposed to prevent as NCAA President: Preferential Treatment.

There is no such thing as a level playing field when the system is fixed.

It is pretty obnoxious that the media hasn't exposed all of this horse shite.

Question: How do you know if an Alabaman is cheating?

Answer: Check his pulse.
