Did you see at the beginning of the UA game they listed LFs strengths and weaknesses, as a weakness they had top end speed....LF was a 100 meter finalist and a member of St Augs 4 x100 and 4x 200 relay team in a district known for really good sprinters.

That's the part that really blows me away about him. I had to look it up on the LHSAA website and there it was. He qualified for the state championship meet, through the prelims and semifinals all the way to the finals, but didn't participate in the finals perhaps due to pulled hammy or something. To make it that far in this state you have to flat out have blazing speed. He might be faster than Speedy Noil.

He'll be the feature back but we will still see a good bit of Magee IMO.

5'11 and 6'2 are not spitting images. LF weight 225 now. KW was only 210. KW wasn't a punisher and LF is. I can go on and on

Not from day one but in due time

People forget already about magee. He is a very talented back. He will be ?the starter at ?the beginning of the year and fournette will eventually take his spot halfway through the year.
Magee is a great power back with speed to boot and he will have the starting job at first, but Fournette will claim it within the first 3 weeks.
Hill in his first 7 starts of his true freshman season he averaged over 18 carries a game. This year, Miles went away from that good balance but with better OL play and Hill improving, he actually was way better.
IMO we average 45 runs a game (averaged 40 with stationary Mett)
Fournette 15
Magee 13
Hilliard 8
Jennings 7
Williams either RS or gets a few carries with the FBs.
People saying he can't beat Magee out early are crazy. For example, guys (national, ESPN, and SEC media guys)thought Williams from Arky would keep Collins at bay and would be one of the top RBs in the SEC of 2013.
5 star Alex Collins came in and destroyed that from game one with 21 carries for 131 yards. Fournette is better than him. Williams still finished with 150 carries (900 4TDs, 2 receiving TDs) and Collins 190 (1026 4TDs). That is exactly how I see Miles handing it.
IMO, both go over 1000 and Fournette goes over 1300.

Cuz he could still change his mind!

Ok. Let's say the kid proves himself. Again will he be "The back" in Miles offense. Or wll he be stuborn and stick to pulling him out and inserting - "whoever" at some odd ball time when LF might happen to be running at will. It's not uncommon for us to see this stuff...
hill had over 200 carries, no other back had over 90...Charles scott, hester, and ridley all had year like that...get over this bullshite misconception that miles doesn't stick with running backs

Joe McKnight was gonna be the GOAT too. In 3 years at USC, he (barely) got over 1,000 yards once and currently remains unsigned in the NFL.
To be fair...the ability was there. Just not the mentality needed.

plus McKnight weighed about 185, LF is much more physically ready to succeed

I remember watching the OU vs. LSU championship game. OU's RB probably rushed for 1000 yards that year. Then I heard the announcer say....they got a RB in Adrian Peterson who may very well start next year. I thought he was crazy. SUre he'd play...but start over a very productive back? Nope. Well.....yea.
Not saying LF is AP. But if he is even halfway as good as the hype....he will get a ton of carries next season.

*sigh*
OT, but I still remember thinking with X Carter, Early, Bowe and Davis.....with JaMarcus throwing....that he could post a 4000 yard season.
Its crazy really. Jimbo is doing on offense with FSU.....what I always thought/hoped he would do at LSU.
Backt to topic..
Yea LF is much more physically mature to handle the SEC.
