LSUmomma checking in...

I was going to make Shrimp/pasta salad to ice down and bring... I can bring anything we still need for jamabalya and whatever paper goods/utensils we still could use.. I'll bring 4 chairs..(only one is LSU, tho...) and "clean" drinks for kids/mixing....

anything else??

We're staying at the Embassy Suites in Montgomery if anyone needs a ride, we can fit two. Course you'll have to help carry stuff. Also, my kids are thinking we're going help someone at their deercamp so you'll have to keep the secret til we pull up to the tailgate.

okay i am thinking me and my friend will be getting to auburn early friday morning before their class lets out. that way i can set up my tent, LSU canopy and try and rope off some area for everyone else.

its looking like we will be setting up by the AFLA building near research rd. im told there is a huge lot there.

That sounds fine to me... it's a long haul to the stadium, but last time they had shuttles that were easy to catch and ride down there.. it was also very easy for us when it came time to get out of the barn and go home!!

hey does anyone want to bring an electric rice cooker, jambalaya mix and the sausage and chicken to make it? you cant go wrong with jambalaya while tailgating

That's what I really want too!! I can bring some stuff. I wanted to make it here, but couldn't decide how to keep it warm for the trip!!
