Did pap hit from the right side last year? I only seem to remember him hitting from the left side. Maybe that only because he was only in the lineup against right handed pitchers.

College scale based on their tools "now", not what I think they'll be in 10+ years.

To be fair a majority of your average everyday college starters wouldn't even sniff average grades based on a pro draft status.

Edit: A pro scout grade takes into account current ability, risks, ceiling, age etc...

I think your evaluation of catchers is right on. Papierski has improved his hitting and has been in the 6 hole this spring. His throws have improved over last year, as well. He will be a leader on this team.
