thanks adam! looking forward to the rest of your analysis. i think catcher is going to be a big wildcard this year. it seems that at least defensively they will be up to the task, but we shall see how they perform overall.

also one question, when you post other positions are you going to create a new post or edit the first one? it may be useful to put what page each of the postions are next to their respective positions on the original post if you do make a new post for each position. just a suggestion

As always I'm going to post the page number on the end of the thread topic so everyone can easily go to that exact page for the certain position.

I'll also post each page number next to the position on the original post blog...I never thought to do that, thanks!

This name is going to make for some great poster/sign material if he turns out to be that good.

Comparing freshman seasons...

Both entered college as premeire defensive catchers, same build(although Ross is about 3 inches taller), both very strong arms.

I'm not saying Ross is going to put up numbers close to what Micah had last season, but he's going to hold his own.

Micah was a switch hitter. Wish we had a few more of those.

If anyone on this team deserves a 1 in the speed department, it's Ross..haha. He's not quite Gaudet, but he is very slow.

If he can hit and catch anything like Micah, I don't mind the slow running.

Last I heard he was actually playing football at some Juco in texas...He ruined everything when he went to that pro day and fricked his elbow up. I think Paul wanted nothing to do with him after that.
