Yeah, but they'd be offering it to Dabo Swinney. Saban has maybe 5 years left before he quits or dies of a stroke on the sideline.

That's fine. Just make them pay more.

If Saban wins it again this year, he should be forced to leave Alabama and create his own expansion team lol. I still like Saban and I respect his football teams. But every time I see one of those entitled Bama asswipe fans shown during a broadcast, it makes me want to punch my television set

A part of me thinks the SEC is simply biding time until he finally retires. Look at the hires lately. Bunch of small time guys and coordinators. Did anyone really ever think Mcelwein or Kirby Smart or O would seriously and consistently challenge Saban?

I also believe this to be true. I think teams know that as long as Saban is at Bama, no matter what you do, you are fighting a losing battle. Bama is a machine at this point and in a completely different level than anybody in college football. Sure, they drop a game here and there (mostly do to bad luck or good luck by the opposite team "Ole Miss"). They only lost to Ole Miss because things just fell in the favor of Ole Miss and they only lost to Clemson last year because Kiffin left to take a HC position.

Any "big name" coach like Jimbo or Myer want no part of having to face Saban every year just to get to the playoffs. Mullen, who is a decent coach, wasn't on any radar prior to being hired by State. (And I believe he will be hired away from State this year).

That's bullshite. Any coach who is worth a shite want to play the best and coach against the best. You must value participation trophies.

Why? When Bama hired him lsu fans said they weren't scared, he wouldn't do anything at Bama, then you proceeded to burn him in effigy.

We feel the same about you coonass asswipes. 2 NCs since 1958 and you act like you've dominated college football for 100 years. Your fan base is the definition of entitled.

Hopefully by us...

/sarcasm knee jerk reply

But actually he was being "talked" about, at least here, for the LSU job.
