Games are still won and lost in the trenches in the SEC. Backs and Lbers get all the glory but these guys do the work. If you cant block tackle and get off blocks nothing else matters. This is like everything preseason an educated guess and will depend a lot on injuries but there it is.

Offensive Line:

Athlon: LSU 4th
LINK

SDS: Run Blocking LSU 5th

LINK

SDS: Talent 3rd

LINK

SB Nation: Consensus 5th

LINK

247: 5th

LINK

ESPN: 4th

LINK

Consensus is 4th or 5th best group in SEC with Georgia or Arky being the best with Auburn usually 3rd then LSU or Bama A&M

If Clapp does a good job at Center, we're as good as anyone. Especially considering who's following that run blocking...

There's definitely a lack of experience along our D-line, particularly at the end positions. We have talent there, just nobody has heard of them up to this point.

The tackles have a lot of experience. Godchaux, Lacatoure, and Q. Thomas have seen it all. Gilmore and Herron are capable backups.

We have the pieces we need, they only need to stay healthy and we should be fine.

Offensive Line has 3 players on Watch List and may be as good as anyone in the Nation and Fournette running behind them!

Our offensive line can be as good as any in the country, as far as I'm concerned.

Injury Update: Looks like Bama's best oline Cam Robinson may be done for much is not all the season. Really sucks for them. Like I said Olineman always seem to get hurt before season or early. 250-300 lbs on those legs etc.

Ok now reporting sprained knee, so maybe false alarm

Tell his mom and dad that te kid got hurt because he didn't make a decision based on what you thought was best for him.

He started day 1 for Bama, he may be our starting RT this year at best. There is no karma. You're just an a-hole that thinks people need to make decisions on what you want in the world.
