LSU was 65% on short stuff, but couldn't beat covers or afford time for route development.
The OL came out flat, never counterpunched and that's Miles fault, but it's not like they were playing MSU or Troy.
That was one of the best Ds in recent cfb history.

I guess you are just too biased against O to believe anything you don't want to hear but if you REMEMBER our offense against MSU and Troy you damn sure would have stepped in if YOU were the HC. our offense was also committing massive amounts of penalties. the offense was floundering to put it mildly.
a HEAD COACH is ultimately responsible and even if you hate the guy he has to do his job. IT WAS A HUGE PROBLEM and not what we were paying a million and a half for.
