After the bowl game. I would like to see us snag a good O coordinator for next season and someone who can work well with Les.

What is it that you folks don't understand? Did we not win 10 games this year? Playcalling may have cost us 1 win at Florida, and that's even questionable due to the injuries.

Last I checked it was a fricking team sport. Does the offense not get the same "W" if we win with good defense?

We lost the bama game because of the D. Should we get a new DC?

Since the subject of O.C. has been brought up in this thread, I heard something interesting on Phil King's radio show this morning on XM Radio...

There have been times on this board in the past where arguments have been made that Miles ran a wide open offense at OSU. Phil King said this morning that when Miles was at OSU Mike Gundy as the Offensive Coordinator was "forced" on Miles by the AD and T. Boone Pickens. I don't know if it's true, but it was at least interesting.

What does that mean? Does it mean that Miles' offense sucked and they forced him to take on Gundy to improve the production, or was Gundy a shitty coordinator?

The difference between 10-2 and 11-1 is a BCS bowl or a chance at the MNC and a toilet bowl, dumbass.

We're not getting a new coordinator.

But I do hope Miles addresses some concerns on offense.

We need more diversity in the running game. Toss sweeps, draws, outside runs, etc.. Besides 95% of runs being up the middle against a 9 man front.

Legit passing attack. All WRs, 4 O-Linemen, all RBs, and QB return. There is no excuse for a poor passing game next season.

If LSU plays every game like we did for 3.9 quarters against Bama. We will go undefeated.

I don't think the O coordination was really our problem this season. We had a first time starting QB who really didn't get comfortable until Bama. I can't really put the Fla on his shoulders.
The defense lost us the Bama game and probably should have lost us the Ole Miss game.
