To come to the SEC because there's opportunity for them.

I like the SPIN, truly I do, but facts don't support the "Opportunity" part

its cyclical

2013 the SEC had Mettenberger, Aaron Murray, Johnny Manziel, McCarron as starters

all of which were pretty great QBs

I expect that to change pretty soon. A lot of good football minds floating around the offensive side of the ball in this conference right now and a lot of talent.

Right system, right plays, and some of these guys will prove it on the field. I would definitely not want to have to defend most of the SEC QB's if I were OOC.

Well we know being #1 on this list doesn't matter all that much.

Four are in the top 15. And all are top 78. SEC is fine at qb. Also if I were a top qb I would go Pac-12 or Big-12 where defense is optional so I can look good stat wise.

That in the SEC you are generally going to go up against the best defenses in the country week after week.

The Big 12, Pac 12, et al have shootouts every week. It's much easier to be a QB there than in the SEC.

Lamar Jackson sure looked like the #1 QB on December 31st, 2016 in the Citrus Bowl...

This was kind of interesting.
I did a quick conference lookup of the starting NFL QBs.
Pac 12 would be a good choice, for sure.
PAC 12 leads with 7 starters.
Big10 is next with 6
ACC with 5
Not sure about Big12 as they actually tie with the SEC at 4.

5 from other conferences.

That adds up to 31 but I'm not going back and doing it again.
USC with the most starters at 3.

Whatever that message is will have unnecessary apostrophes, I'm sure.

I've said it once,

The SEC is NOT a QB League
