They don't know what to say but have to say something to fill time / space. It's a change of pace from the generic scout-Speak bull -?? they report. Focus, route tree, blah blah blah, etc.

Malik played in the bowl game when others sat out. He cried when he took that LSUjersey off for the last time. Doesn't sound like a future diva.

OBJ was still one of the best receivers in football when he was acting like a diva. His career went south when he started getting hurt all the time, not because of his attitude.

Saban was even better than Kirk.
