I think Mays came out with Earl Thomas of Texas. I remember he was pissed because his college coach Pete Carroll passed over him and drafted Thomas.

Yep. Great decision on Carroll's part.
Just goes to show that elite athletic ability and success at a big school doesn't guarantee a players success in the pros.
