We're about as Old School Traditional LSU as it gets! Militant Old School, especially when it comes to LSU iconic uniforms.
That being said, an all-white uniform in the traditional LSU design is preferable to the "TCU Like" BS that we pulled out for the TV audience Saturday.
It's a USCe home game and they want to wear all-white, then just go with the regular Gold-Purple-Gold combo or the LSU "Opposite" White-Gold-White Uni.
Wanna pull out an alternate Uni for an OOC game in Tiger Stadium every now and then, no problem, but don't do it for an SEC game in TS on National/Regional television.......................

You people are such babies when it comes to change. Those uniforms we wore looked great and I wouldn't mind wearing them a few times each year.

Right? I love the traditional uniforms and don't like all the stupid shite Nike does with Oregon, but the uniforms yesterday looked great. Also really like the all white shop of PP7. I'm not suggesting we go with those every game (nor do I think anyone is), but they look really good and give LSU some variety.

that is 100 other teams, but not LSU. Our gold hats, white jerseys, and gold pants are the best looking uniform in CF.

It should come down to what the kids like. And whether the traditionalists like it or not, most 18-22 year old kids like the flashy uniforms. Not saying every game has to be different, but for recruiting alone, it could be beneficial.

they must love LSU's and alabama'a uniforms, the way they are since both our recruiting efforts year in, and year out are in the top 5 for as long as CLM, and CNS have been at their respective schools.

Did anywhere in there I say that was the only reason to use them was for recruiting? Whole point is it don't make a crap what me or you like. It's about the kids and coaches that suit up every week

Why not this combination: Gold helmet, purple or white jersey, white pants. I've never liked the gold pants, and they look downright garish when worn with the purple jersey.
