Any suggestions on getting a hotel room BCS weekend? I can't find any availability...

I highly doubt every hotel is sold out that weekend. Check some of the smaller hotels. Check hotels in Metairie and the Westbank.

Stay three nights, near airport has availibility

Also try Priceline/Travelocity.

Bama fans will be EVERYWHERE. They've been all over this for months. If OSU had gotten-in there would be thousands of hotel cancelations today.

Try one of the Hampton Inns in Metairie. It is only a 10 min drive to the French Quarter.

that's per night though...that's 300+ bucks that could go toward drinking. You're only sleeping there, the rest of the time you SHOULD be out. I'd go cheap as possible

i'd go for the quality inn on o'keefe or the comfort inn on baronne then instead.

eta: fwiw a lot of hotels will have a limited number of cancellations today and up until the 10th of december so keep trying every day.

there are plenty of hotels available. you have to search for 3 nights because almost all of them have 3 night minimums. they also require full payment up front too.
