I'd say that a #2 seed from the SEC is going to win the Purdue regional

They were able to cram in 3500 or so for LSU.

Miami's park only seats 5000, and they rarely fill it. UK was royally screwed on all accounts.

UCLA got a host site and their stadium about 1,200.

Let's see if they give LSU an 8 seed and pair them with the Columbia bracket.

They can't pair brackets from the same conference.

ETA: Or can they?

Watch the Cowbells win the tourney and then get shipped to UCLA.

5 ACC sites is ridiculous. The NCAA really wants them to be good, but they disappoint EVERY year when it counts.

Good to see that Oregon bought another reputable program out of thin air. And a billion dollars.

Also read in the article that Purdue's stadium is under construction and unavailable, and they still got a regional over Kentucky.

Clearly reverse discrimination going on. You win the last 3 national championships and you get 3 host sites?? Pay back I guess

Clearly a transparent attempt to get a bracket in the Chicago market.

They can't get one in New York, but they got one in LA and Chicago.

They also got ones in Houston, Miami, and the Bay Area.

Seeing as they have arguably the best coach in college baseball...Oregon state was good for years and no one bitched about them. Oregon took all the talent.

Purdue is having a career year. Hard to leave them out and works perfectly for what college baseball is trying to do.

UK will host as a 1 at Miami.

Arkansas has no reason to gripe, but the NCAA certainly proved they're after more than a payday.

They can't if both conference teams are 1 seeds.
