OK, I stared at the state of Idaho on a map for awhile, and I began to see a shape emerge. To me, it looks like the profile of an Indian chief sitting in a bubble bath. See for yourself.

Redoubt state

Prepper paradise

Weird city name: Coeur d'Alene

Beautiful outdoors.

Minorities are rare over there.

Crappy winter weather.

They have the "Spud Drive-In" in Driggs, Idaho, not too far from Jackson, Wyoming. There's some great fly fishing around there too! The area where Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming come together is the only place in the US that is as beautiful to my eyes as the swamps and bayous of south Mississippi and Louisiana.

A lot of towns in SE Idaho have names you'd expect to hear in Louisiana due to the influence from earlier French-Canadian trappers who frequented the area.

As long as I lived there, I saw 3 blacks and a couple hispanics.

Coming from Louisiana, it was weird.
