I hate a lot of what ESPN is but they really do have a lot of talent on their roster. Jesse is certainly good at what he does.

Dude may be a pretty boy, but he doesn't carry himself nancy like. Looks like he could handle himself.

He and Desmond are the best two they've got.

Were they doing a piece on ULM beating Bama?

That's cool. He's flying to Charlotte for Palmer and Pollack. They shoot that at ESPNU. I live right across the street from ESPNU, and on Mondays always see Palmer in Panera Bread. I've never spoken to him. Not trying to be "that guy". But ya, he does a good job. Always seems to speak well of LSU.

I guess I'm "that guy".

Where is ESPNU located? I've never seen in the uptown area.

Naw, I wasn't saying you're "that guy" at all. Didn't mean it that way. We were actually leaving Panera a few weeks ago, just happened to be at the same time, and he looked at my LSU hat, then looked down. I think he thought I was going to be "that guy" and talk shop with him. ha.

ESPNU is actually in Ballantyne. Right off Ballantyne Commons.

If he calls, let the phone ring a couple of times first before you answer it. And act cool, like you're just kind of hanging out with friends, listening to some music, chillin'. Try not to talk too fast, or giggle or anything. And most of all, come back to the Rant and post all about it as soon as you hang up!!!!

And for the love of god, eat an apple while you're on the phone with him. Make sure to do the apple thing!
