I know a lot of you have complained about the concessions. I experienced it first hand on Saturday. I went down with about 8 minutes left in the first half because I thought I could beat some of the halftime rush. Well I came out to see almost every stand had a long line. I got in the line with the gumbo nachos because my boys wanted to try it. The stand had one adult and maybe 5 kids behind it and they were taking forever to take and give out orders. I missed the last 8 minutes of the half, which included a review and some injuries. And I missed the Tiger Band performing. I was probably in line close to a half hour. The worst part is even though there are tv's, they aren't showing the game. I had no idea what was going on but I for sure didn't want to get out of line. It was pretty ridiculous. This new company surely didn't help anything other than adding some food types.

During the second quarter, someone came back from out of the tunnel and was cussing, saying they ran out of water.

In the second quarter.

Section 302.

It's beyond ridiculous. All those TVs and they don't show a damn thing on any of them. How the hell are we supposed to actually believe anything Alleva says when he promises a better game day experience, and doesn't even bother to pay the cable bill.

I love TS, it's like going home when I go back there, absolutely love it, but, it's one of the most uncomfortable, fan unfriendly, inconvenient, outdated, as far as amenities, venues that I have ever been to

we need to be like VolNation and pitch a fit and pitch it with consistency or the powers that be will continue to blow us off...our comfort and Game experience does not count as much as their $ bottom line.

It's awful and Aramark is pitiful.
Aramark does the Astros concessions and it was brutal how bad it was for the Astros College Classic.
Long lines.
I swear they served hot dogs left over from the previous Astros season, they were awful.

Alleva needs to head up to Boston and take in a Celtics game to see how good concessions can be and people would be willing to pay more for better service and quality of food.

Went at beginning of game trying to get my son a regular pretzel but all they had was cinnamon/sugar. Wasn’t going to go wait in another line

They were showing the rotating tiger eye.

Speaking of vol nation I was at the game in Knoxville and their concessions were awesome. They even had a dunkin donuts in there

It's almost like Alleva is trying to lessen the Game Day experience.

Iffy hires, increase in random fees, losses, terrible concessions.

The beatings will continue until morale improves

Also, every stand was out of the cookie cake slices, which my son wanted, this is the classic move of trying to make sure you dont have all this extra "wasted inventory" left over... they are going to miss out on thousands of dollars of sales, to make sure they dont have a few hundred dollars of inventory at the end of the night...never understood the logic, in almost all cases the cost of the excess at the end will always be way less than the missed sales
(sidenote we walked from the east to the south endzone at haltime, and the lines were very short)

It's not like you'd have been able to tell what was going on if they had the game on those 30 year old TVs anyway

The TVs are so blurry you can’t even see what’s on many of them

Some rotating Tiger Eye graphic

It was pretty ridiculous. Missed the A&M TD to start the second half.

They should go back to the basics. Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Nachos, peanuts, and drinks. It's a concession stand, not a restaurant. The prices are unreal. I made sure to eat and drink plenty before I went in tis week. I didn't want to give Aramark anymore money.

Woah now. The prices are already high enough. Let’s just get the good service first.

Well yall need to complain and complain often. I haven't been since Aramark took over so I cannot give first hand accounts. Email anybody and everybody within the athletic department several times.
