ANSWER: F.

BECAUSE

A. We can probably replace him.

B. Would have liked him to stay but see above.

C. Never glad to see a good DC leave cause until you DO replace him, then nothing is certain.

D. Ecstatic would be silly. Anyone saying D is retarded.

E. I can't stand Les. I fully expect him to be fired after 2016. But, ya just can't fire a guy with his record at this point. Even if you 100% think you see the train wreck coming.

So, I say F. I think that Chavis' departure is informative because an administration that had confidence in Miles staying wouldn't have cared about the Miles clause.

I don't think CLM is the reason Chavis is pissed off. I think his anger is at Alleva.

Well, I think he is pissed at both of them.

Chavis wasn't man enough to tell Miles what his true feeling were about the contract until it was too late.

Chavis was pissed at being disrespected... and If Alleva didn't talk to him in person one time during the negotiations, I think that's unprofessional.

There is no way Im giving him a raise.

With that said Chavis was actually doing some valuable recruiting this yr and was clearly not the problem with our 8-5 season.
Changing coordinators on defense is risky, but Im not giving him a raise, even if he threatens to go a West team.

For 1.7 a year, u will need to be a top 5 coordinator and and top 15 recruiter both.

Well thought out question pimp

B. yeah we had some 3rd and Chavis this year and the last few but he also had NFLitis and lost a ton of mature talent on a regular basis. Of all the things wrong with the program right now Chavis was pretty far down the list.

I consider myself more of a fan than a negatiger or positiger. I sat through Lou Tepper's defense and the Malveto experiment so things can get a LOT worse if they don't make a quality hire.

This team needs a major shake up while the talent is still on campus. If next season is like this one....it's time to clean house.

B is the objective answer based on his track record, but C is the way I feel about it.

E intrigues me as I now look forward to the future beyond the CLM era. May not be better, but I am simply tired of watching this unimaginative brand of football.
