Cons for her to come: Daughter is a freshman on the team. Barmore is her assistant and Hogg is there also. She has it made at Baylor and her team has chance for another championship or 2 in next few years.
Pros for her to come: Mom still lives in Hammond and health may be an issue. Only needs a few more years left as state employee to be eligible for retirement (one of reasons she thought she was being done wrong by LaTech). And again, she does NOT hate LSU.

You left out one gigantic con for her and LSU she is currently in a gigantic contract and Baylor won't let her break it for free. Somebody is going to have to pay them millions and neither party will be interested in that.

When you're making money hand over fist in Texas you aren't worried about coming to Louisiana for retirement benefits.
