No mention of Armando Rios? Performance enhancing drugs let him play 5 years in the majors.

DJ LeMahieu isn't a superstar, but his career is off to a solid start.

DJ LeMahieu won a golden glove last year. He'll be in this conversation before it's over.

Russell couldn't put down the fried chicken & purple syrup.

Mitchell got injured.

They are both African-Americans. That's about where the comparisons end.

Alvin Dark because of his influence on the game also as a highly successful Skipper

Albert Belle - no other players, as good as May others were, had the monstrous impact on the game as Him. In his prime, considered one of the most feared hitters in MLB.

I was trolling big time, but you don't think Mitchell isn't considered a bust at this point? Injuries or not, he was drafted #1 overall by the white sox with big pay day and later released by the sox. He's now in AA with the Angels batting like .100.

Todd Walker

People keep saying Todd Walker, but his MLB career wasn't all that successful, compared to others mentioned in this thread. He had zero player awards (golden gloves, Batting titles, etc) and zero WS rings.

Under his "Career Highlights and Awards" on wiki, it only says "CWS Most Outstanding Player".

Mitchell was drafted 23rd overall clown. Your a bust as a troll. Just dumb & ill informed.

We are debating who is the most successful LSU in the Majors, so compared to some other players, he doesn't even come close. I am/was a big TW fan. I'm not trying to tear him down.
