The McNeese game that was cancelled because of rain. It was my then 7 year old daughter's first LSU game. 5 minutes of play and 2 hours of rain.

We were huddled with everyone else under the east upper. I could tell she was sad that her first LSU game was ruined. They were playing music over the P.A. system, so I grabbed her hand and we ran out to the seats, and started dancing with everyone.

Some drunk guy next to us ripped his shirt off and started swinging it over his head like Muscle Man. Students were jumping out of the stands and running onto the field. She had the best time dancing in the rain.

I told her on the way home that years from now she can tell her grandchildren that she was at the only game where it ever rained in Tiger Stadium.

At least there were no nude streakers that night like there were for Oregon State in 2004. There were maybe 7 or 8 who ran onto the field during the pregame rain delay? I enjoyed the one dude who made a move and made a cop who was chasing him eat mud before another cop crashed in and blindsided the guy.

I always thought it wasn't a great idea to commit such a crime with the sitting district attorney (Doug Moreau) in attendance to witness it.

For me, sitting 10 rows up from the LSU dugout at Rosenblatt for the 1996 championship game. After Warren's homerun and the mass jubilant craziness somewhat subsided, I realized that I was 42 years old and finally had witnessed a LSU national championship. It was an unreal feeling.
I was subsequently fortunate enough to witness the 2003 & 2007 football championships in the dome. Being in person for all 3 was my best personal LSU moments with the '96 baseball being the best since it was the first.

A friend of mine was the chick that jumped out and rushed the field, not nude though. I didn't realize it at the time though. I just remember the whole crowd going "oooohhh" when she got shite-canned by a security guard. We saw her at the tailgate after the game all covered in mud and drunk as shite telling us the story about how it all went down.

Long story but had 2 extra tickets in the upper deck of the dome for the '03 National Championship Game. Had offers at tailgate and 2 guys locked it in and said they would be back with cash. They ran off and I declined other offers trying not to screw the guys over. Didn't pay for the tickets so I wasn't trying to make a killing but certainly a profit. Well the guys didn't come back. Headed to the dome early with most of the crowd still looking for the 2 guys. Overheard a little boy (probably about 6-7yrs old) asking his dad why they couldn't go to the game. Dad responded with the cost being up there and they were going to watch it at home. Stopped and handed him the 2 extra tickets. Guys eyes welled up and he looked like he was about to cry and he just told his son to tell me Thank You. Gave me a hug and handshake and we chatted on the walk in.

For me, I remember walking out of my last final before graduating. I remember being a little bit shocked at how fast college had gone by and sobered by entering the real world. So what did my brilliantly 22 year old self do? I went home, got stoned out of my mind, threw in my headphones and went to walk around the campus one last time to soak it all in. I must have walked for hours down every street and path. Stopped and watch Mike play along the way. I noticed many things I had never noticed before on any of my 100s of treks across campus. Outside of the numerous great games and events I attended, that is one moment I will always remember. That walk was the last page to one of the fondest chapters of my life.

Mine for me was being on the sideline vs Mich St in the Indy bowl. Was incredible.

the bcs championship game vs OSU, got me and my dad seats in the endzone about 7 rows up. he's had season tickets since the 50's and he told all of his kids he wished we could all witness lsu win it all in football. of course we did beat Oklahoma a few years earlier, but being able to witness the OSU game in person with him was my best memory every.

Curley knew my name and came over to help me jump my car off after a spring training practice one evening.

I always liked him.

I was at Rosenblatt with my 10 year old daughter and 8 year old son in 1996 when LSU was playing Miami. Miami took the lead in the top of the 9th and my son was upset. He was complaining loudly that we had come up there and were going to lose. There were 3 Iowa State fans in front of us and they were having a good time listening to him and picking on him in a friendly way. Then Tim Lanier struck out a Warren Morris came up and I told my son to calm down because Morris was going to get a hit. About that time it happened and Morris became part of history. Everybody went nuts and my son turned to the 3 Iowa State guys and yelled out "I KNEW WE WERE GONNA WIN, I KNEW IT!" They all busted out laughing and after the game they came outside Rosenblatt and had a few beers with us. It was a great day to be Tiger and Dad.

Tiny Rock, you made memories for a lot of people that night!

Mine was 1958, I was 6, it was my first LSU game, I think it was against Hardin Simmons
We had tickets in the SW upper deck (at the time).
I will never forget emerging from the portal to get my first look at the carpet of green, the immensity of the stadium and the sea of people. But that first sighting of the green of Tiger Stadium turf stays with me today, 59 frickin years later. When I close my eyes I can see it still. You just never know what impressions will stay with you. That one endures.

03 national championship game I was thirteen. My grandpa who's an OU alum took us to the game 50 yard line ten rows up. I didn't cherish it at the time as much as I do now. Special moment in my life.

Oddly enough both moments involve Arizona State.

First in 2005 after Katrina when ASU was generous enough to host LSU, offer their chartered plane, ticket sales, donations, and paint their end zones with purple and gold Louisianas. It was just a nice showing of sportsmanship a great distraction during a shitty time.

The other time was either in 1997 or 1998 and ASU was visiting Alex Box and their head coach told the players to go up in the stands and introduce themselves to the LSU fans. They were genuinely nice and as a 11 year old I thought was so cool. After the Saturday and Sunday games they all were tailgating with us it was, again just good sportsmanship from ASU.

To this day I credit the streakers in 2000 for the reason LSU finally beat Bama in BR.

Yeah, Saban had something to do with it but those dudes helped give a moment of levity following a long pounding Bama drive. Tigers recovered, coaches talked em up during the break to chase away the tally whackers.

Another awesome tiger stadium moment I was lucky enough to see in person.

With my dad

2007, I was fortunate to have tickets for the national championship. After the game my buddy that was on the team gave me an LSU windbreaker like they all were wearing, so I could blend in and was instructed to: " Tell anyone who asks you are the backup punter". I tagged along with probably 20-30 players, bar hopping in the quarter. Basking in the glory of the second natty I had seen with my own eyes. I don't see how it can ever be topped.
