I saw this play out with Grambling's Eddie Robinson. Nationally beloved, but the GSU family tired of the team's deterioration. The difference, of course, was Coach Rob was in his 70's. Familiarity breeds contempt I guess..

I didn't need to check my numbers to know for a fact that LSU has been favored in more than 100 games since Les has been at LSU.

What I've learned from this board the last few days is that nobody in the media has ever seen an LSU game...that's the only reason they're showing respect for Miles.
