Rosenblatt Stadium and then TD Ameritrade Field are so intimidating that Ole Miss can't even get there. I'd say the Box is right after that.

They could have totally renovated and expanded the old Box (Permanent extension of the Grandstand all the way down both lines and expanded permanent seating in the outfield) for much less money and kept the historic aspects of the venue intact.

The new Box is nice and all, but the atmosphere is not quite the same. Just a little too sanitary when judged by LSU baseball standards.

Kind of like the old and new crowd demographic in Tiger Stadium.

The Old Box.

You would have thought you were at a football game with the way the crowd was hyped up for UC-Irvine game 3.
