Miles was inept and impotent with our offense. Les Miles needs to explain and apologizes for not giving Lee a shot, and the offensive meltdown.
This isn't over until Les Miles "sings"!
Les is ultimately responsible. He needs to stand up and publicly apologize to everyone who has ever lived in the State of Louisiana.

I agree. Miles would have been embarrassed if Lee had come into the game and performed well. He would then be revealed as the poor evaluator of talent that he is. Assuming Miles actually believed that JJ was the better quarterback, he was clearly and obviously mistaken. And I have yet to see anyone who thinks Lee didn't deserve a chance in the BCS championship game. The only remaining explanation is irrational. So yes, folks, I do think that Miles didn't want to be embarrassed by a successful performance by Lee.

You are ludicrous! Lee could not handle Bama's speed, cannot move back there, has happy feet, throws off his back foot, would have been overwhelmed and become a turnover machine. I think JJ should have stayed in, but an effort should have been made to move the pocket and have him throw 4-5 deep balls...he can move. Also, the option attempts were grotesque...having him pull up out of the option a few times and throw (the D was sucked-up big time) could have helped in several ways.

LSU's players disagree with you.

So would most knowledgeable football people.

J Lee wouldn't be headed to the Hula Bowl if he didn't have the talent.

Put your JJ pompoms down. He never had the character to be a bigtime QB. A must at any level.

JJ - 1 int, 1 fumble, 2 fumbled snaps, 15 yards on 14 carries

JJ made the defense look a whole lot better than they were

For you to be right, then no sport could ever have a comeback win due to going to a "lesser" player. If the starter can't get it done, just quit. Right, Les?

I am not a JJ fan and actually like Lee. I thought Lee got screwed and unjustifiably ridiculed his frosh year, but he could not have escaped, won't run and the chances of avoiding turnovers was better with JJ. The pic was a fluke...although in hindsight he could have run. I think what I said...they should have moved the pocket so he could have launched a few deep balls and thrown in the option game after sucking up the D. Calling the run option so many times was lame. They needed a few 'shots" downfield...Bama's secondary is its weakest link and the D was so sucked-up. The game was much more a failure than at the QB position.

JJ DID NOT handle Bama's speed, couldn't move back there, had happy feet, threw like shite, was overwhelmed unlike any QB I've ever seen, and was a turnover machine.

And you thought it was good to leave him in.

Yes, you are ludicrous.

Hate isn't a strong enough word, there is something very sinister about Miles treatment of Lee, Sheppard, T Bob Hebert and more I can think of. But Lee was so obvious it makes you know something is wrong inside the team. The players wanted J.Lee in the game, they were begging for something different to try. Many tiger fans have told me they will never respect Les Miles agains
