This right here! It really shouldn't take long to convert all those players that were recruited and coached up in the power run game to suddenly convert their talents and experience in to a completely new offensive. If it worked for Rich Rod in Michigan, it'll work here too!

I don't think you know how recruiting works. He may not be a great coach and has his game management issues but never doubt Les's ability to close out a recruiting class.
