This is a special year and we surely do not need any fans creating a qb controversy. I am sure the coaches all agree who should play and when. There is no controversy as far as the team is concerned until a few of them read shite that some fans post.

There is no quarterback controversy except in the delusional minds of some fans.

Not the case last year. I heard that it was pretty much a 5-1 vote last year for a specific quarterback. Of course, the 1 vote was the most important vote, and the 1 that has the ultimate authority on who plays. So it's really not up to a vote on who the coaching staff puts in the game, nor should it be.

Agreed. I was interviewing an Ohio State grad yesterday who has been working in our plant in South La. He saw my LSU stuff in my office and asked why do your fans complain so much? Yall are undefeated and number one in the country. Doesn't make sense.

I would rather have a fan base that bitches too much than one that don't give a shite.

It would not surprise me if that were true.

Not saying that I don't believe you. I just find it hard to believe that the coaches were polled for their opinion like that. Sounds really strange.

LSU is 10-0 for more reasons than just who starts under center. However, that is a component of why LSU is 10-0.

I heard coaches voted 5-1 in favor of Keiland Williams over Charles Scott but the 1 coach has authority over the others. I won't provide any links or quotes. Just take my word for it.

Just because I say something wouldn't surprise me if it were true does not imply that I believe it is actually true.

i think the 5-1 comment was more of the sentiment of the coaching staff. The poster wasn't saying an actual vote was cast. Just that 5 offensive coaches thought that Lee was the QB we should have went with and Miles preferred JJ.

Of course, this is all conjecture and means nothing.

i guess youre technically correct. If there were no fans, there would be no one to question the unusual decision.

You forgot the players.

BRPD is the cause of the controversy. Lee was written off and JJ was going to be the man. BRPD's overreaction to a bar fight cranked the controversy up.

The funniest part about this post is that you believe it.
