There is no way, no way Cam Cameron is in favor of Harris over Etling as a QB. No way. There's no way a HC doesn't come out after game and build up his backup QB after pretty much saving his job for all intents and purposes. LF7 looked just as miserable during game as Miles did afterwards. Harris is their "guy".

Cam will talk some sense into Miles this week. He likes his paycheck too.

BH is a backup now. Tiger Nation has seent it. Everyone on that team knows it. If we lose to MSU its because our coaches have done a shite job preparing them for success.

Everything Realist Rantards have been saying over the past years is coming to light. Miles does not deserve to be here and coaches based one who he likes rather than who performs. BH is probably a yes man whereas Etling is more likely to audible if he sees 8 men in the box.

He benched Harris after 2 series. He might be listening right now

That's true but he threw Etling under the bus at the presser and eluded to the competition at QB is still going on.

Etling being a starter is not a given. 2011 and Jarret Lee comes to mind. The obvious sneaks right past Les Miles

Oh, for the love of frick.

All of the " I know what they think by the looks on their faces" posts are maddening.

Miles is almost certainly gone, LF loves to play and was unable to, both LIKE the young man who lost his position and was boo'd ( not saying the boos were unwarranted). It seems REASONABLE that they would be a little subdued. It says nothing about their feelings for Etling and going forward.

You could be right.

I figured LF7 would be pumping up players currently on field vs sulking with Harris. Plenty of time after game for that.

Guice said every time he came to the sidelines, LF was helping him with what he saw. The sideline reporter even said LF grabbed several LSU players to use as props to demonstrate some things for him.

He was doing all he could to help. Several others were 'dapping' up Etling and giving the "enthusiasm".

LF was keeping BH involved and instructing Guice. We need to stop looking for reasons to be upset.

Morning, BHP!

Thanks for posting this morning cup of reality. The sidelines were a bit somber last night but too many assumptions are being made about the reasons for it.

Don't matter. When he loses another big one...the crowd will turn and his arse will be on the road regardless. Given the natural talent in our State, and the resources...LSU fans EXPECT and deserve solid coaching and a winning team. Winning...meaning beating Bama. And if they don't get it...the Coach is gone.

Exactly. As soon as Etling led them to the first score it appeared the entire team was congratulating him. That fact gave me confidence that the team is behind Etling.

I specifically remember the embrace between Etling and Jamal Adams after the first score. Adams gave Etling some encouraging words and a fist bump.

This Lee stuff is so funny. Dude was garbage when it counted time after time. We lose to Bama the first time if he isn't pulled

All you jackasses thinking LF is pouting because Harris got benched should be banned for life and sterilized so your idiocy is not reproduced.

Anyone with half a functioning brain cell can see that LF was bummed because he couldn't play not because of a change at QB.

These guys want to win and by and large do not give a frick who plays along side them as long as that person helps them win.

God Damn you people are fricking stupid.

I don't think LF7 picks the QB.

The fact that he was sitting out a game he should have been padding stats in probably had more to do with his face on the sideline.

Miles is an idiot - pure and simple, so don't be surprised if he starts Harris vs. MSU. However, it won't be long into the game that he will have to insert Etling again, and we'll have time to recover and win. Maybe Miles needs a "validation" of his decision last night. Better next game vs. MSU than on the road at Auburn or Florida.
