Lee did have a tendency to chuck and duck.

Some thanks for the guy that saved Miles job in 2010, and kept the season afloat for the first 8 weeks of 2011.
I lost all respect for miles after the 2011 season. Glad he's leaving. Good riddance!!

So when was it the right time to fire him? Keep in mind that you have to remove every year after that when looking at his resume.

Eta
I also expect a pre-2011 answer, since that is what was said in the post I responded to.

I hate the midget frick, but after 2005 (especially Tenn) and 2006 when I think that team was better than the 2007 team, little Nicky wanted to come back and LSU should have done just that. We all dislike the traitor, but you and I both damn well know LSU would have more than 1 NC.

Even saying forget Satan, Les Miles has been a coach you could see won on talent and not his coaching. I wish he would have taken the job at Michigan after 2007. Instead, we had to watch 2008 and 2009 and then the most pathetic, embarrassing loss in our sports viewing lives. And since then, Miles has been gutted. Saban took Miles' confidence forever.

You should add that Jarrett Lee perhaps saved Les Miles job in 2010 by leading us to come from behind victories against Tennessee and Florida

He shouldn't get all the credit for making a couple of throws. Might as well say JJ saved the Tenn game for running an 80yd TD. In fact every point scored in that game was JJ under center.

JL was also leading the Sec in QB efficiency. Could this have been the reason CLM was unable to land a QB? They saw the treatment of JL. I had this discussion with someone three months ago. He couldn't believe JL was the most efficient QB at that time.

How much has Trey Quinn seen the field since the drops last year?

Jarrett Lee saved both the TN and won us the Florida game.

Was Trey leading the offense, and was LSU undefeated at the time?

Or is this a race bait?

Harris was too this year
until the Bama game. In other words, I'm not sure that would have mattered down the stretch in 2011, as it didn't this year.

Thats the point of the OP. Glad to see you get it

Miles keeps pissing his pants vs Bama, time for him to be pulled, just like he pulled Jarrett Lee

Always has to be someone bringing up race. Yeah that's what i thought, les is a racist for sitting Trey and JL. Don't forget he sat Ford for fumbles. I never forgot that. The thing with him is once you're in his dog house forget it.

Seems like you're applying message board poster logic and discussion points to a real life situation, about which you know nothing.

Hey sport, Miles is the one claiming that 110 wins shows that he earned his stripes, not the message boards putting words in his mouth
quote:

A little later, David from Greensburg asked Coach Miles how many times during his tenure have we had more talent than the opponent but ended up being out-coached.

Miles said he has never taken the field feeling like the underdog, we’ve won 110 games in the last 11 years. That’s certainly not enough, but it’s a pretty good start.”

He was asked about his wins and losses during his tenure. He answered. Also

That’s certainly not enough,

He must be terrible at negotiations if he went ahead and dismissed that one argument he had.
