During the American Revolution, there was a large of contingent of colonists called Loyalists who were adamantly opposed to The American Revolution. They supported the Exploitation of Natural Colonial Resources along with Taxation without Representation. They considered themselves citizens of Great Britain and were vehemently opposed to any notion of a Declaration of Independence, much less an new nation known as The United States of America. They were satisfied with the status quo, and were content with the way things were. I find it sad. Do you see the connection?

Wow.
That kind of asinine connect-the-dots philosophizing can bring you just about anywhere...

Sounds like a statement from he who we don't speak of (9/11)

I agree with taxation without representation!

LOL that's priceless.

I love the over the top comparisons. You people need to get a grip. Comparing a college football game to the American Revolution or 9/11 (as some jackass did yesterday) shows how unhinged some of you have become.

Honestly I'm just proud that a random member of our fanbase is so historically literate.

Nothing like comparing the sweep of history and 18th century political philosophy and it's effects on the populace of what would become a continental and later world power with a game played by teenagers which for some reason grown men get excited about to the point of making said comparisons.
