Not impressed. It's a scrimmage, so irrelevant.

no we don't, bench Mettenberger...also why the hell is Denver starting Manning?

As long as Cameron gets Mettenberg to be aware of the pocket collapsing on top of him, I would consider that a big improvement.

Much slower than Mett. Manning is one of the greatest QB's ever. You can't compare a mediocre college QB to Peyton Manning

we're talking about statues here...I don't want one at QB, I don't really care about their other capabilities.

tubo, what are you thinking regular season for next year? 6-6? 7-5? Miles fired at the end of the year?

Not with Cameron, man. I would say that yeah if it was just Miles and gang again, but I expect to actually see some offense this season and proficient offense for the first time in awhile.

Peyton Manning is probably one of the unathletic quarterbacks in the league, but he has great footwork and pocket presence. Being a statue means you have no footwork or pocket presence.

Yep, you will normally have eye popping stats in a scrimmage. Really means nothing.

Both right IMO. Rivers will be the #2 meaning if Mett were to be injured, Rivers would start. Jennings will actually play more than Rivers though because he's going to run the option several times a game.

So let me get this right.

You're going to burn a freshman QB's redshirt so he can be a 3rd string package player? What sense does that make. Rivers only has a 1 year difference. Does he really want to back up Rivers for 3 years when it could simply be just 2?

I havent kept up with Rob Bolden (I know he was hurt, but unsure if he's staying on the team)

Make him be the 3rd string option QB.

Did you miss the offseason? Kids aren't sticking around. Redshirts are useless now except to transfer.
